FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQs)1) Why won't my printer work?
Besides the obvious possibilities that a cord is loose or not plugged in, there are several possible answers to this, so please read all of the possible answers to help determine the probable answer. 2) How do I select which printer I want from those I have added to my printer list? DO NOT USE THE ICON (PICTURE) OF THE PRINTER AT THE TOP OF THE PAGE TO PRINT. Use the file, print command. When the Print prompt box appears, click on the arrow at the end of the line that states the printer's name. You will find all the printers that you have added. Just select the one you want, and continue. 3) How do I change the default printer? Go to start, settings, printer. Highlight the printer you want as your default printer by clicking on it once. Then go up to file. If the printer has a check by it in the file menu, it is your default printer. If it does not have a check, then click once on "Set as Default" and the check should appear. 4) I hit print, but nothing comes out of the printer. What is happening? If you do not receive an error message, your page is being printed somewhere. Check to see what printers are listed in your profile (start, settings, printers). This will give you an idea of where to look for your paper. If the printer where it was sent is not on or no longer in existence, it may not give you an error message. PROGRAM LINKS:
