November 5 - 16- LaSalle School Canned Food Drive- The classroom that collects the most canned goods will receive an ice cream party. All donations will go to the food pantry.
Substitute pay is $100 per day, after 10 days pay is $115 per day.
Medical Files –Requirements for 2018-2019 school year. All children entering school at any grade level (kindergarten through 12) shall show proof of having received two doses of live rubella and mumps virus vaccine. (MMR) Students entering Kindergarten, 6th or 9th grade for the first time shall show proof of having received two doses of varicella vaccine or other proof of immunity shall be submitted. The proof must come from the physician. Any child entering a school program below the kindergarten level shall show proof of immunization that complies with the pneumococcal conjugate vaccine. Remember also that all students entering kindergarten, 6th, and 9th grade must have a physical. Dental examinations are required for students entering kindergarten, 2nd, and 6th grade. Sixth graders must show proof of the Tdap immunization. An eye examination is required by the State for children entering kindergarten and new students to the state.
Please get your school and sports physical as soon as possible.
